Since 2008 Marty’s real estate practice has concentrated on assisting buyers and sellers with vacant land purchases and sales, vacant land buildability and suitability consolations for potential construction projects, and with land pricing opinions.  Marty practices real estate in conjunction with owning and operating Kirchner Custom Builders, Inc. with his brother, Tony Kirchner; their construction company focuses on the construction of premium custom homes and light commercial construction projects. www.kirchnercustombuilders.com.   

Also, Marty has a unique background as an attorney licensed in the state of Wisconsin.  This combined with his experience as a co-owner of a thriving custom home building business, enables him to navigate his clients through complex construction related real estate transactions in a successful and seamless fashion.  

Marty has lived most of his life in the La Crosse area and graduated from Aquinas High School in 1996.  His undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, 2000.  From there, he earned a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2003.
