Successful deer hunting is all about habitat. Located just 4 miles west of Pelican Rapids, this 48 acres of mature hardwood forest is Whitetail habitat to the max. It offers comfort, security, browse, and the often overlooked water sources near bedding areas. The Northern Red Oak, White Oak, and Black Cherry trees, to name a few, are some of the most impressive specimens I've come across in this area. Aside from being an incredible deer hunting opportunity, the build sites hidden inside these stately trees are hard to beat.
