Here is a hard to find all timbered hunting property in Houston County. The property is located just Northwest of Money Creek. There is a recorded deeded easement access road off Gates Coulee Drive. The access is constructed well and leads to a trail that will take you all the way to the top off the bluff. The road is solid and will allow access for ATV or UTV use. Once you are up top you will find about 10 acres of mature pines in the Southeast section of the property. In the far Southeast corner, you will also find some walnut trees. The pines make for great thermal cover for the local deer herd. There is a ton of deer sign all over the property. The property is in an area well-known for quality of deer with many landowners managing for older age class bucks. The property is enrolled in RIM (reinvest in MN) which makes the property not buildable. Farms like this a hard to find.
